Anti-spam policy

Last updated October 27, 2026.

Atlas Growth runs targeted business-to-business email outreach for its clients. We do not send spam, and we do not allow anyone acting for us to send it. This policy applies to Atlas Growth, its staff, contractors, partners and anyone else who sends messages on our behalf.

This website is not advertised by unsolicited messages

We do not advertise this website, or any domain we operate, through unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, whether by email, text, social media or any other channel. Our outreach messages are plain text and carry no links to this website. We do not use affiliates, link shorteners, purchased traffic or third-party senders to promote it.

How we run outreach

  • We contact business email addresses only, and only people whose role is relevant to the offer in the message.
  • We do not buy or rent consumer email lists, harvest addresses from private individuals, or send to purchased “opt-in” lists.
  • Messages are sent in small volumes and written one-to-one, not as mass mailings.
  • Every message clearly identifies the sender. We never use false names, forged headers or misleading subject lines.
  • Sending mailboxes are properly authenticated (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) on domains we control.

Opting out

Anyone can reply “stop”, “unsubscribe” or anything similar. The address is added to our suppression list, never contacted again by us, and excluded from all current and future campaigns. We act on opt-outs promptly, and no later than two business days.

Third parties and clients

Anyone who sends on our behalf must follow this policy. We stop working with any sender or client who breaks it. We follow the email laws that apply to a given recipient, such as CAN-SPAM in the United States and CASL, GDPR and PECR where they apply.

Complaints

If you received a message from us that you believe breaks this policy, write to tim@atlasgrowthmedia.com. We reply within two business days and remove the address from our lists straight away.
